Paul Kelley

Paul Kelley is an electrical engineer working on ambient air mercury measurements at NOAA's Air Resources Laboratory. He obtained B.E.S. and M.S. degrees in Materials Science & Engineering at Johns Hopkins University and a M.S. degree in Meteorology at the University of Maryland. Prior to starting work at CICS in 2012, he has worked in the fields of electronic design and instrument development at a number of medical technology companies and the David Taylor Research Center.
