Zhihao Wang is a doctoral student and Research Graduate Assistant at the University of Maryland in the Department of Geographical Sciences. He earned a B.Eng degree in Remote Sensing Science and Technology from Wuhan University, China, a B.Environmental Study in Honours Geomatics from the University of Waterloo, Canada, and an M.A. in Geography from Ohio State University. His areas of interest include climate change, precipitation estimation, high-level remotely sensed data fusion, and machine learning. He is currently working on a project to generate global BRDF climatology with CISESS Scientist Jingjing Peng.
