Ralph R. Ferraro

Ralph R. Ferraro received the B.S. degree in meteorology from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ, in 1980, and the M.S. degree in meteorology from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 1982. Currently, he is a Physical Scientist with the National Environmental Satellite Data and Information Service, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, College Park, MD, where he is currently the Chief of the Satellite Climate Studies Branch. His research activities include the development of advanced retrieval algorithms for hydrological products with passive microwave sensors.
