CISESS Scientists Rebecca Wenker and Rasheeda Alexander attended the 16th International Coral Reef Symposium (ICRS) in Auckland, New Zealand, from 19–24 July 2026, representing the NOAA NCEI Digital Corals team. Both presented posters about their work with NCEI on NOAA’s Coral Reef Monitoring Program Data Archive.

CISESS Scientist Jeannette Wild (retired) co-authored a new article in the journal Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics on the Network for Detection of Atmospheric Composition Change (NDACC). The articles covers the history, satellites, observations, scientific achievements and future directions of the organization.
