SOUP: A Recipe for Managing Ocean Data from the Abyss to Archive

CISESS Scientist Anna Lienesch has recently implemented a new NOAA ocean exploration data user portal called SOUP. As a Sample Data Manager on the NOAA Ship Okeanos Explorer, she is a primary user of this tool, which she helped design, enhance, and test. SOUP may undergo further development to be used for other projects, replacing outdated workflows and streamlining processes.
