Student Abstract Submission and Volunteer Form

The deadline for students may sign up to present a poster has been extended to May 21. Please sign up to volunteer by June 1. If you have any questions, email Debra Baker (drb@umd.edu).

CICS-MD is organizing a student poster session for the upcoming 1st International Operational Satellite Oceanography Symposium (OSOS) to be held June 18 - 20 by NOAA in College Park. We are also seeking student volunteers to record notes for 11 sessions. If you would like to participate, please sign up below:

Poster Title Submission

Preference will be given to posters on satellite oceanography. Posters must be on oceanography or satellite research. The Poster Reception will be held on Tuesday, June 18, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Volunteer Note-Takers

If you would like to volunteer to take notes for the sessions, please check which times you would be available:

 

If you are unable to submit your information using this form, you can email it to Debra Baker at drb@umd.edu. If you want to submit your poster title and volunteer availability separately, you can do so. After you hit submit, it will take you to the Thank You page, which will have a link back to the announcement and this form. When you get to the new form,  just enter your name and email for your second submission and check the times (or enter your poster title).
